Payments
All transactions on AIR website are processed using secured online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secured host environment. The website does not store any of your card details. Full payment must be made before the delivery of your order.

Payment are accepted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). No foreign currencies will be accepted.

Refund & Exchange
All items sold in the store are not refundable nor exchangable.
Exchange of Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
All items must be signed for at the point of delivery. By signing the delivery form, you are acknowledging that you have received all items delivered in good condition. If you discover an issue with an item after our delivery team has completed delivery, AIR must be informed of the issue by writing within a day.

If the items you received is damaged or incorrect, we will provide you with either repair or replacement. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.

Delivery Fees
a Delivery fee of $40 is charged for order less than 1,000 SGD. The delivery service is only up to the lift level, customer is responsible to measure and make sure the item purchased is able to fit in the lift. Carry up fee of $10 per story per item is charged if the furniture needs to be carried up mannually. (For heavy items that need more than 2 person, please consult us first)
